Precious Adesina-Ola is a dynamic commercial leader with over a decade of proven experience across Sales, Business Development, and Growth Marketing. She has successfully driven revenue growth, market expansion, and team development across diverse sectors including SME, FMCG, AutoTech, Logistics, and FinTech.
My Professional Journey
Armed with an MBA from the University of East London, a CIM UK certification, and an Entrepreneurship diploma from Pan-Atlantic University in Lagos, I bring a unique blend of global perspective and local market insight to every role. My career journey has spanned some of the world’s most respected multinationals, including Unilever, Diageo, and Suntory, as well as high-impact tech startups such as Cars45, Sendy, and Suplias Technologies.
As Head of Growth at Suplias Technologies, I currently oversee all commercial functions, including sales, marketing, and customer experience. Under my leadership, the company recorded a 3x year-on-year revenue increase, driven by a strategic approach to market segmentation, team leadership, product innovation, and customer-centric growth initiatives.
As a recognized thought leader, I was awarded the Tech Product Sales & Growth Personality of the Year 2024 at the Nigeria Technology Awards (NITA). I am a sought-after speaker and panelist on growth, leadership, and technology, and actively mentor emerging professionals across several local and international platforms.

My work in community building and accessible financing has positively impacted hundreds of African SMEs, helping women-led businesses access the tools and capital they need to thrive. I am especially passionate about creating pathways into tech for women through no-code career mentoring, helping them break barriers and enter the digital economy with confidence
